Located at the base of Hirafu’s Ace Family Run, Niseko Kyo is the only ski-in, ski-out accommodation in central Hirafu that can accommodate families or groups of up to 14 guests. The property opened ahead of the 2023/2024 ski season.
Niseko Kyo features 22 spacious luxury residences, many of which are equipped with private in-room onsens. Guests can choose between views of Mt. Yotei or direct access to the Family Run slope. Each residence is furnished with pieces selected from notable design brands such as Galotti & Radice, Songdream, and Molteni & C.
Galotti & Radice, established in 1955 in Italy, is known for craftsmanship in glass and furniture. Molteni & C offers high-end contemporary furnishings that pair with Niseko Kyo’s interior design. Songdream contributes warm and balanced elements that create a welcoming living environment.
Situated in the heart of Hirafu, the property is well-positioned for both winter and summer stays. The name “Kyo” (郷), derived from classical Japanese, means “hometown,” reflecting the property’s aim to offer a comfortable and familiar atmosphere throughout the year.
