GAJA TRAVEL (hereinafter the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows in order to protect customers’ personal information.

 

 

Article 1 (Scope of Collection of Personal Information)

1. The Company does not collect any personal information through its website.

2. However, when a customer contacts the Company via external communication channels such as email, telephone, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or WeChat to make an inquiry, reservation, or transaction, the Company may collect only the minimum personal information necessary (e.g., name, contact information, accommodation details).

 

Article 2 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The collected personal information is used solely for responding to customer inquiries, processing reservations, fulfilling contracts and settlements, and customer management.

 

Article 3 (Retention Period of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of use has been achieved.
However, where retention is required by law (e.g., statutory retention of accounting records relating to transactions), the information will be retained for the prescribed period.

 

Article 4 (Provision and Outsourcing of Personal Information)

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the customer.
If necessary, the Company will process such information in accordance with the relevant laws and proper procedures.
